This is the 49th year of this wonderful Arts Festival and although we haven’t been to all 49, we’ve been to quite a few! It’s located in downtown Lakewood, where a good section of Detroit Ave. is closed down. There are over 160 vendors and in our opinion it’s one of the best Art Festivals of the season.
