One could argue that Walnut is our most beautiful native hardwood. This unique piece certainly supports that statement. This large board has it’s retained bark, amazing coloring, and hanging hole that was supplied by Mother Nature. It is suitable to use as a serving board, as a magnificent centerpiece on your table or hung on the wall as an art piece to be admired.
This Walnut Slab is approximately 22” across and about 2” thick. It is finished with tung oil. All you need for hanging is two sturdy nails in your wall. Due to it’s weight, it needs to be hung at a wall stud or solid wall, not drywall.
